Spurling Properties is a family-owned real estate development, investment, and property management company located in Evansville, IN. After operating for 40+ years, Spurling has evolved into a diverse real estate investment company that invests in properties throughout the Midwest and Southestern United States.
Objective
Spurling Properties' website and logo were due for an update to better reflect their brand and engage today's audience. They wanted a modern, user-friendly website that would serve as both a landing page for existing clients and as an informative resource for prospective clients and property seekers. Along with the website design, they wanted to update their logo to create a new, contemporary look.
Our Approach
Kemper Web Team refreshed Spurling Properties' brand with a new logo, color palette, and modern website design. We built a custom website and content management system that allows Spurling to update content independently. The new website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for prospective clients to learn more and for existing clients to access things quickly.
